Blastmaster® 6.5 Cu. Ft. Wet Abrasive Blasting Pot
The Vapormaster® 6.5 Cu. Ft. Abrasive Blasting Pot is a pressure vessel used as part of an abrasive blasting system to deliver a mixture of compressed air, abrasive, and water to a work surface. Marco blast pots are proudly engineered and manufactured in the USA and built in accordance with ASME guidelines. The Vapormaster® 6.5 Cu. Ft. Abrasive Blasting Pot is part of a blasting system that creates a water and abrasive mixture to prepare a blast surface while minimizing dust generated during the blasting process. By reducing dust during blasting, the operator has improved visibility at the work site. Typical applications include coating removal, concrete cleaning, concrete repair and restoration, steel tanks, and automotive repair and restoration. Common abrasives include crushed glass, garnet, mineral abrasives, and slags.

The Vapormaster® 6.5 Cu. Ft. Abrasive Blasting Pot sends an abrasive and water mixture to the work surface, reducing dust generated during the blasting process. Lower dust levels increase visibility and reduce the time required to clean the work area.

OSHA requires an abrasive blasting pot to be equipped with a remote control system, which only operates with continuous hand pressure and deactivates upon release of the control switch by the operator (29 CFR 1910.244(b)). This remote control system meets the OSHA requirement by providing a “Fail-to-Safe” configuration, which will deactivate the remote control system in the event the operator drops or loses control of the remote control switch.

Our commitment to producing the highest quality products in the industry demands strict control over our raw materials and manufacturing processes. All components used in the manufacturing of Marco products adhere to strict process controls as specified by Marco’s Quality and Engineering team.
